A new project

Robins and Dunnocks little birds that have big personalities , i have been feeding them mealworms and what makes a better picture than a robin on the handle of a spade or fork.

So round two , i have an image i really want to get with these and step by step i think i will get there so i hope you keep coming back to look.i hope they stick around this year as they bred in the garden last year and would love to see more of them.

New garden tick

A really fine looking male Lesser Redpoll, these were taken from a fair distance so not brilliant photos but a nice little record for the garden. Hopefully it will stick around and i can get some better images.

I hope that they stay around for a while there are now two on the river and they are right little characters , brilliant birds that i hope to spend more time on.

working on the water

So after seeing the water rail for a few days running i have decided to keep th food going in and try my luck with a couple hides . these are my results so far i need some better light and i hope to get some better shots.
