Always looking for something different i took this macro shot of a fox cub suckling at its mother.
I have moved to the Orkney Islands with my wife and three kids , and the dog. This is an up to date account of my goings on mainly in picture form. I focus on wildlife and the changing seasons. Thanks for looking and come back soon.

Raven
I have had the greatest pleasure in bringing up a baby Raven, it is now 4 weeks old and just starting to bounce around like it were a vulture. These birds are truly amazing , not just a 'big crow'. I was not sure how to make a baby raven look good in a photo as they are just a bit of a mess.
So i thought i would try and make the surroundings look impressive. I climbed 40 ft up a tree and built a fake nest. With my home town behind the raven i thought of it as a birds eye view.
